CPA Fritz Noel C. Achola has over 34 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard) and Research. He joined HELB on 2nd January 1997 as a Senior Accountant (Budgets & Accounts). He moved through the ranks to Assistant Manager (Management Accounting) and up to recently Assistant Manager (Research, Strategy and Planning). Before joining HELB, he worked as a Senior Accountant at The National Treasury in the Department of Government Investments and Public Enterprises. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting option) from the University of Delhi (New Delhi, India) and an MBA (Finance and Banking) from Strathmore Business School (Strathmore University). He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (with Distinction) from the Maastricht School of Business (Maastricht, The Netherlands). In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
