Transforming banking industry through engagements with all arms of governments, regulators, private sector, public, development agencies and other stakeholders. Held senior leadership roles in leading organizations, including De La Rue, Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE), Equity Bank, and Rural Electrification & Renewable Energy Corporation (REREC); having commenced his career in private legal practice. Represents the industry on Boards and Committees including Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Anti-Money Laundering Advisory Board (AMLAB), Auctioneers Licensing Board and Mediation Accreditation Committee. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi, Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law, and International Diploma in HR Management from Cambridge International College, UK.
