This Fund was established to address completion rates for law students to become advocates of the High Court. The law students, some of whom had been funded for their undergraduate degrees by HELB were struggling to complete their Advocate Training Program at the Kenya School of Law [KSL] and sit for their exams with the Council for Legal Education [CLE] due to lack of financing.
